ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE AND SCOPE
1.1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “TCU”) define the terms and conditions for using the professional platform accessible at pro.oniri-creations.com (hereinafter “the Platform”), published by OUROS CREATIONS (hereinafter “the Publisher” or “we”).
1.2. Nature of the Platform
The Platform is a professional tool exclusively reserved for businesses and professionals (hereinafter “the User” or “you”) allowing to: browse the B2B product catalog, create personalized quote requests, track the status of requests and orders, access transaction history, and manage the professional account.
IMPORTANT: The Platform is NOT an e-commerce website in the traditional sense. It does not allow placing orders directly online. Any transaction requires the establishment of a quote and its validation by both parties, followed by payment via bank transfer.
1.3. Acceptance of TCU
Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these TCU. If you do not accept these TCU, you must not use the Platform. Acceptance occurs when creating a professional account, at first login for existing accounts, and at each subsequent login.
1.4. Modification of TCU
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. In case of substantial modification, Users will be notified by email and/or notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new TCU.
ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
2.1. Access Conditions
Access to the Platform is strictly reserved for professionals with a legal and duly registered business activity. This includes resellers of figurines and derivative products, specialized stores (physical or online), event professionals, associations and communities organizing events, and any other professional whose activity is related to the products offered.
2.2. Professional Account Creation
To access the Platform, the User must create a professional account by providing: company name, SIRET number (France) or equivalent identification number (international), intra-community VAT number (for EU customers outside France), registered office address, legal representative contact details, professional email address, and any business proof that may be requested.
2.3. Manual Account Validation
IMPORTANT: All accounts are subject to manual validation by our teams. Creating an account does not guarantee its approval. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse any account without justification. The User will be notified by email of the approval or refusal.
2.4. Login Credentials
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the credentials is presumed to be by the User. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the User must immediately inform the Publisher at: [email protected]
ARTICLE 3 – PLATFORM OPERATION
3.1. Quote Request Process
The transaction process via the Platform proceeds as follows:
- The User creates a “cart” with the desired products
- The User validates their quote request
- The Publisher receives the request and prepares a quote including shipping costs
- The User receives the quote and can accept or modify it
- Once validated by both parties, the User proceeds to payment via bank transfer
- Upon receipt of payment, the order is prepared and shipped
3.2. Platform Availability
The Publisher endeavors to keep the Platform accessible 24/7, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure. The Publisher cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability.
ARTICLE 4 – USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to: provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information; use the Platform only for professional business purposes; not use the Platform for illegal purposes; not attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; not collect or extract data automatically (scraping); not damage the image of the Publisher or the Oniri Créations brand.
In case of violation, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the User’s account without notice or compensation.
ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Platform (texts, images, logos, videos, databases, structure, design, source code, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to the Publisher or its licensors. The Publisher grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Platform for professional purposes. Without prior written authorization, the User is prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any element of the Platform.
ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
OUROS CREATIONS, as Publisher of the Platform, is the data controller for personal data collected.

Data collected includes identification data, company data, contact details, connection data, and transaction data. They are used to manage accounts, process quote requests, communicate with Users, and comply with legal obligations.
In accordance with GDPR, the User has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights: [email protected]
Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for applicable legal limitation periods (5 years for accounting data, 3 years for commercial data).
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY
The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, errors or inaccuracies in the Platform content, or viruses that may infect the User’s equipment. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Publisher has no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or practices.
ARTICLE 8 – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Publisher may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violation of these TCU, fraudulent or abusive behavior, non-payment of amounts due, or at the User’s request. The User may request termination of their account at any time by emailing: [email protected]

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These TCU are governed by French law. In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these TCU, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of STRASBOURG, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claims.
